LicenseOnce offered and requested courses have been recorded, the offers of other users become visible, collecting exchange requests in one place.
Student and teacher search
LicenseThe schedules of other students and teachers can be looked up by name. Results are grouped by person, and frequently searched names can be saved as favorites.
No Neptun integration
Search and schedule planning work solely from Excel files exported by the user. The software does not log into the Neptun system and does not request credentials.

Exporting is the longest step

The course list can be exported in Excel format from each subject's data page. Schedule planning requires a single file per subject.
Placing the files
The exported files are imported from Settings: the program recognises them by their content and copies them into the folder of the semester in use.
Generating the timetables
Once the courses have been selected and the filters configured, the program displays the results, which can be loaded back into the filter with a single click.

Semester license — 2,500 HUF
Filters, optimization, search, favorites and the course exchange marketplace. The price excludes VAT and covers a full semester.
Not a subscription
The license does not renew automatically; a new license is required for the following semester.

Does the software access the Neptun account?
No. Schedun is not wired into the Neptun system: it does not log in there and does not request credentials. Search and schedule planning work solely from Excel files exported by the user.
Which universities are supported?
Testing was carried out on the systems of BME, ELTE and ÓE. As Neptun is identical at other institutions, the software may work elsewhere as well; in case of any discrepancy, contacting the developers is recommended.
Is it genuinely free?
Basic schedule planning is: once the courses have been selected, the program generates the possible timetables. Filters, search and the course exchange are part of the licensed version.
Can the license be moved to another machine?
On activation the license key binds to the given machine and cannot be used on another device. In case of a hardware change, please contact the developers.
